In her speech, Prof. Miao Lu also emphasized the importance of work and rest as well as time planning. She shared her experience in balancing the intense theoretical studies with the interest in foreign languages during her doctoral studies. The students learned from her speech that they could not only successfully complete their studies during the school years, but also enjoy the rewards from their interests and hobbies.

In addition, he suggested students to contact him immediately when they encountered any troublesome frustration and difficulty in study, life and work, and he would try his best to help the students spend a good time at school. He also used his own bodybuilding story to encourage students to set goals, persevere towards them, and keep climbing academic peaks.
Ms. Liu Haolan talked about the most touching part in the teaching and administration of students, i.e., the acknowledgments in the graduation thesis. She sighed about how quickly time flies and sent er wishes to the students to cherish their life in school. She summarized her working method of “Where there is light, there is heat” and shared it with all the students.
In the summarization talk with the students, Prof. Tao reviewed the development of the doctoral program in Theoretical Economics of CCSEZR and the disciplinary development history of the previous generation of teachers. She emphasized that CCSEZR would continue to create a good academic atmosphere for the students and try its best to support their study and scientific research to make sure they feel a sense of belonging and warmth in SZU. In the course of the tea party, the teachers of the CCSEZR had a cordial talk and communication with the graduate and doctoral students and answered their questions. They wished the students good luck in their studies and a happy new year holiday.
