Greetings from Friendly Countries for CPC Centennial Anniversary

In the letter, M.A. Eskindarov, president of Financial University wrote “On behalf of the Financial University, let me wholeheartedly greet you and all the staff of the Research Institute headed by you on the occasion of the 100^th anniversary of the Communist Party of the People’s Republic of China…The One Belt, One Road project introduced by Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, and the Eurasian Economic Union, supported by Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, are the regional economic development projects that are strategically significant…The leaders of our two countries reached an agreement on joint operations within the framework of One Belt, One Road project and the Eurasian Economic Union in May 2015. In late 2015, President Vladimir Putin reiterated his support of the One Belt, One Road initiative. This was an important milestone in the process of building mutual political trust between Russia and China, which, in our opinion, would give an impetus to deepening of the Russian-Chinese strategic partnership in general and cooperation in the field of education and research, in particular.”

In the letter, Belousova T.V., head of the international department of ASPU wrote “Almavir State Pedagogical University sincerely congratulates the staff of Shenzhen University on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party. Year by year, the Party has pursued a wise and determined policy for the benefit of the people of China. Thus, the country is highly developed and modern now. It plays an important role in world politics. Russia highly appreciates the development of friendly relations with China and the enhancement of political trust. The staff of Almavir State Pedagogical University wishes prosperity and development of the Chinese Communist Party. We are proud that China is our important partner. We hope for the continuation of close and fruitful relations between Almavir State Pedagogical University and Shenzhen University!”

In the letter, Bauzhan Yerdembekov, rector of Shakarim University, wrote “We wholeheartedly congratulate You and the BRRI-Shenzhen team on a significant historical event – the 100^th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China! We respectfully follow the high achievements of the CPC of China under the leadership of Comrade Xi Jinping, which led to the formation of the most powerful socialist power, which is the People’s Republic of China today. Please accept my sincere words of gratitude for your invitation to participate in the online conference dedicated to the 100^th Anniversary of the CPC, which was well organized and conducted under your leadership. I have already mentioned in my speech at the conference that we intend to further develop cooperation with BRRI-SHENZHEN and Shenzhen University.”

In the letter, Vu Viet Anh, consul-general of Consulate General of Vietnam in Guangzhou wrote “On the occasion of the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), we would like to extend our warmest congratulations to you.”

The past century has been a glorious revolution journey for the CPC and the Chinese people. Especially in the past 40 years, the CPC has advocated and led Chinese people in reform and opening-up, and achieved great victories by transforming China from a developing country to a global superpower. We believe that under the leadership of the CPC, Chinese people will make greater achievements in reform and opening-up and in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.
 
China-Vietnam good-neighborly and friendly relations, fostered by President Ho Chi Minh, Chairman Mao Zedong and successive generations of leaders of both countries, have become valuable assets for the two parties, the two countries and the two peoples. With joint efforts of both sides, the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two parties, the two countries and the two peoples has been consolidated and deepened, and is moving towards a new frontier to meet the common aspirations and interests of the two peoples.

We are looking forward to working with you to strengthen the partnership between the Consulate General of Vietnam in Guangzhou and the China Center for Special Economic Zone Research, Shenzhen University, and to make contributions to the friendly relations between the two countries.

Congratulations Letter from Consulate General of Pakistan in Guangzhou

In the letter, Dr. Dlyar Khan, Consul General of Consulate General of Pakistan in Guangzhou, wrote “On behalf of the Consulate General of Pakistan in Guangzhou, I wish to convey to you, and your colleagues at China Center for SEZ Research and the Belt & Road Research Institute Shenzhen, our utmost appreciations for the invitation to me to participate in the "2021 World Special Economic Zone Forum" which was held at Shenzhen University campus on 11 May 2021. It was, indeed, a matter of great privilege as well as a personal pleasure for me to speak at this illustrious Forum, which was held at a historical juncture in the context of the 40^th anniversary of Shenzhen SEZ and the forthcoming 100^th anniversary of the founding of Communist Party of China.

In July this year, China will commemorate the centennial anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party of China (CPC). I believe that it is moment of great historical significance and national jubilation for the people of China. As they look back over the journey of last hundred years. Chinese people can take real pride in the marvelous achievements under the red banner of the CPC. Undoubtedly, the marvelous and miraculous transformation of China from a weak, backward and dispirited country of the last century to a strong, prosperous, modern and cohesive global player in the 21th century would not have been possible without the motivating and unifying banner of CPC and the wisdom and immense sacrifices of the successive cadres of its selfless workers and sagacious leaders – including notably the pioneering struggle of Chinaman Mao Zedong and the transformational contribution of Secretary General Deng Xiaoping through the Reform and Opening up Process of 1979. Today, their torch is being ably carried forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping under his philosophy of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Community of Shared Future for Mankind, as well as China’s monumental Belt and Road global development initiative (BRI).

Pakistan is one of the leading participating countries of BRI under its flagship programme, known as China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The USD 65 billion CPEC includes key development projects encompassing seaports, roads, railways, energy projects and special economic zones. Phase two of CPEC focuses particular attention on establishment of SEZs. A total of nine SEZs have been planned throughout Pakistan, two of which (Rashakai and Fasial Abad SEZ) are in advanced stages of development. In this context, we greatly value our interaction with CCSEZR and B&R Research Institute Shenzhen in the interest of further strengthening Pak-China comprehensive strategic partnership through strong economic underpinnings in the form of CPEC SEZs.”
 
Since 1921 when the First National Congress of CPC was held on a boat in Nanhu Lake, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, the CPC has spread the fire of revolution across the whole country in the past century. Upholding the rallying cry “Workers of the world, unite!”, the CPC has turned the ideal world described in The Communist Manifesto into reality. The establishment of the People’s Republic of China has made the 400 million Chinese people truly feel the liberation and jubilation for “what the proletarians lose in this revolution are only chains; what they gain will be the whole world”. China’s economic miracles achieved through the past 40 years of reform and opening have helped 1.4 billion Chinese people better understand the true meaning of communism: “In the place of the old bourgeois society with its classes and its class antagonisms, there will be an association in which the free development of each is the condition for the free development of all.” “Embrace lofty ambitions like an eagle soaring high.” The CCSEZR and BRRIICD will stay true to our original aspiration and mission, and forge ahead by spreading the successful experience of Chinese SEZs represented by Shenzhen to ensure effective implementation of the Belt and Road initiative and step into greater glory!
