On November 15, 2019, a delegation led by Prof. Tao Yitao paid an exchange visit to Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UniRAZAK) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prof. Tao is director of the China Center for Special Economic Zone Research (CCSEZR), Shenzhen University, the president of the Belt and Road Research Institute of Shenzhen University and also president of the Belt and Road Research Institute (Shenzhen) for International Cooperation and Development (BRRI). Among the delegates were Prof. Zhong Ruoyu, Director Assistant of CCSEZR, and Mr. Yang Xianghong, Chairman of Shenzhen Yueyuan Culture Development Co., Ltd, a member of the "Belt and Road Enterprise Alliance" of the BRRI.
UniRAZAK, a member of the International Business School Alliance (IBSA), was awarded several international certifications in the business and management. UniRAZAK is the only private university that is a member of both the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AASCB) and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Prof. Samsinar, Vice Chancellor of UniRAZAK and Prof. Zulkifflee, Deputy Vice Chancellor met with the delegation and welcomed and thanked Prof. Tao and her delegation for the visit. Also attending the meeting were the dean of the School of Marketing, the dean of the Graduate School of Business, and the dean of the Tun Abdul Razak School of Government.

Prof. Tao and her delegation visited the new campus of UniRAZAK and had a meeting with the persons in charge of the relevant schools and departments of UniRAZAK. Dr. Johari Mat, Dean of the School of Marketing, presided over the meeting. The two sides discussed matters including the collaborative research regarding the postdoctoral research program of the Theoretical Economics and the establishment of BRRI branch, and had a fruitful discussion on using the BRRI branch as a bridge to boost the research collaboration, publication of academic journals and papers, and more exchanges. Prof. Zhong Ruoyu from CCSEZR, Mr. Yang Xianghong, Chairman of Shenzhen Yueyuan Culture Development Co., Ltd., also attended the meeting.
The meeting ended amid a warm and friendly atmosphere.
