abstract: A cooperative game between entrepreneurs and venture capitals is an ideal condition,which requires good environment of capital market.This paper considers that the establishment of growth enterprise does not only greatly improve multi-level capital market in China; more importantly,it motivates venture capitals of enterprises.The venture incentives will promote the innovations of science and technology and venture capitals in China.
